I can't believe I just put such a horrible pun in Lex's mouth.

*shakes head in shame*

But I've written almost 700 words today.

Can you imagine Jonathan haunting the next owner of his beloved antique tractor, Bessie?

Actually I wrote a few more than that (a three-liner for sv_renaissance), but only 13 words on my WIP from hell. And all of it was editing. Nothing new.

Every day, I dutifully open my current WIP on my PC and stare at it. I might change a word here and there or even add a sentence. But I'm not making any progress ( Read more... )

I haven't posted any fic since a wednesday100 drabble on September 20.

And I think I've written a grand total of 325 words on the WIP from hell.

It's sad.

I'm having trouble stringing together a sentence, much less a story. Thank goodness I'm not working on a deadline.

but I can't imagine me managing 50K words in a month. Especially not in November. That's the month at work where we are feverishly attempting to finish as many of the year's projects before the holiday season begins with Thanksgiving week.
