I've been fascinated all day by your interesting sea-life blurbs. You should do a nature show! The Life Aquatic with Kumimonster. It could be educational AND sensual. A few minutes of commentary on dangerous marine animals, then a few minutes of you putting on a wetsuit before diving.

an informative and entertaining writer.
Long ago I gave up considering going to Australia just based on the shark stories. This adds more impetus to stay well inland if ever I should venture.

I thinks the Aussies are so Tough that if it's not fatal they don't say nothing. That plus there are so many stupid people in the waters of Florida (with the emphasis on many many). Surprised none listed for Texas. I remember seeing sharks often but I guess they were pretty small and not near as dangerous as the Man o' War jelly fish.
And a coincidence, we have an Australian guest over atm and met some friends too, talking about those deadly creatures yesterday:P Redbacks, jellyfish...

North American wins for attacks, just not fatal attacks.

It's odd how people think this, NOBODY in Australia drinks Fosters. Hardly anywhere even stocks it.
And we may have a bunch of crazy ass deadly creatures, but none of them actually stalk you, or are overly agressive, so I consider myself pretty safe.
