Okay, so yesterday happened!
Let's talk food.
Breakfast: maple and brown sugar oatmeal
Lunch: carrots with hummus, Chobani nonfat yogurt (pomegranate), Special K protein bar
Dinner: raw celery ravioli, za'atar tofu with spinach and horseradish mashed potatoes, raspberry granola bar
Snack: mini 3 Musketeers bars (x3)
Exercise: step/sculpt class, one hour
