Tumblr 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge, day 4: Your greatest fears about weight loss.

1. That I won't be able to lose weight and I'll just plateau.
2. That once I get down to my goal weight, I'll gain it back.
3. That I'll start using unhealthy methods to lose weight, or become obsessive about numbers on a scale.
