I don't think my go-to Star Wars LJ userpic has ever been more appropriate. Because Lucas really seems like he's been frozen in carbonite, and no one is willing to creep into Jabba's Palace and revive him.

No, I'm not really too thrilled about this announcement. I'm not too surprised either. I guess Lucasfilm will make a lot of money rereleasing
