Garden - sunflowers, tomatoes and stuff

Against all odds, 2/6 sunflowers have poked their heads up over the soil - even though I've left them out in the frost for a couple of weeks.

Today was a decent spring day after a cold rainy week. Tiny k. helped me plant another tray of tomatoes - 2/3 harbingers, 1/3 gardner's delight.

hmm. yes. i'd rather you ate it than the person i share allotment with, who doesn't want to plant anything, but wants to eat it...
