DM's Revenge
My DM took a small revenge for my lateral approach on her big puzzle. We found a treasure just for me. A fairly nifty set of mage robes. As the mage in the party I get the cloth. +1 to armor class and +1 to Intelligence. This makes me far more capable. Of course there is a draw back. The robes confer a minus 2 on Charisma. It's been a good day at the con. I am at the hotel across the street so I have a tiny commute but it is really nothing and saved me 50%on my hotel bill for the length of my stay. Who watched the Watchmen!
I did. I saw Watchmen twice yesterday. I had the day off due to needing to burn some carry over vacation. So I went to the IMAX showing at Southcenter. There was some subtle hints to try and keep me away.
