several days later and I'm still extremely upset about losing the house. I've looked and looked and nothing compares...we did make an offer on another house right across the street. Robert our realtor just called to inform us that another offer was made on the house today. we ended up bumping our offer up to 125,000...with them paying 3%?4%? closing costs. so we are going to pay more than asking price but just by a few hundred dollars ( Read more... )

I JUST realized that this house doesn't have a fireplace LOL.  yesterday we went and saw the house on whitehall( awful condition) and the house on morgans choice...it was awesome.....we had the realtor draw up paper work that afternoon  only to find out that someone else had put their paper work in the day before and now the property's pending and I'm not going to get it....
