I JUST realized that this house doesn't have a fireplace LOL. I saw a commercial for a chimney sweeper who would give you a discount if you were moving in or out. my first thought was great! maybe I can use that. then my thoughts were... oh my goodness it doesn't have a fireplace LOL. every house we've looked at has had one. I just assumed. I don't know what I was thinking. I didn't think it did, I just didn't think it didn't have one.
this house really IS PERFECT for us. it hit me like a big sign over the head. this is your house. how many houses have we looked at? 150? none without a fireplace. I hate fireplaces.
