Hello, I mentioned in a comment an entry or two ago that because I didn't have regular computer access while I was on exchange for a year, I stopped downloading/commenting while I was there, but I'm back now and can regularily comment again. So I was wondering if I can be added to your friends list again please?

Some stuff that is new and uploaded was leaked or filled up 5 posts on my FL. Also, sometimes searching on google will provide. I came here wanting some covers at one point, and since covers fascinate me (especially with american songs), I joined. And other stuff I'm just not interested in. For example, I joined to get more Sekima II by chance. And someone randomly uploaded an album by them in another community.

So blah. All odd things.

I think that's part of the problem we're having here: people sign up with very specific things in mind. This is a generalized rotation: I wish I could upload what everyone likes, but as far as I'm concerned, this is a place to dish out things people would otherwise not notice or care about. Aka, a place for adventurous people who would like to try new things. There's no point in staying if you openly have no intention of trying any of the things I post.

Not to mention if people have been leaking my updates, I would have appreciated a little head's up.

Hmm, just recently joined so can't commnent much about the issues you brought up. Personally, I skipped most of the reviews because I was already familiar with the artist and album; the ones I read were ( ... )

I don't expect the music I post to NEVER be posted anywhere else. Of course I expect that. But as someone who frequents many, many BBS/BT/communities, I try my best to choose music that's generally left either unknown or simply not as easy to find. Anyone would agree that when looking at a few BT trackers of forums, there's a certain niche of music that's constantly posted and reposted. And for the most part I have yet to see a good chunk of my updates circulating around recently or frequently (Les Miserables? priere?) And that's not even including the archive of uploads not included in the posted list.

And believe me when I say I've come across way too many reposts where the person spreading it didn't even bother to take off the tags, most of which were on BT or a couple Korean forums. And give for BeForU, all of my posts are original rips.

(I can't see why you would care to read any of my blurbs if the links aren't up. But hey, why not.)

Don't have any jenny01.

I don't follow BBSes and LJ communities, mostly BT and used to follow what showed up on newsgroups. So when I said posted, I meant saw it posted anywhere in those 2 spots in the last ~3 years. Which amounts to a decent portion of the music put out in Japan, so it's not that surprising I've seen them posted elsewhere before. For your examples, I have seen both that les mis and priere's releases before, although definitely not recently or widely circulated. Unlike all the Ayu/utada/koda, h!p/j!e, and v-kei stuff that does get endlessly shared around, so I see what you mean. Just meant that I hadn't seen any of them reposted other than the Mika album, but I could only check the most recent ones ( ... )

ya know, I like your music rotation journal more since you like to describe every artist and the songs well. You info really adds a lot to my minuscule background knowledge of most Jpop singers (even the known ones. I wish you stay around longer. Even if you can't provide downloads, just showcase the lesser known artists. I really appreciate it. I do not dl all of your stuff (because I tend to stick to the ones that I already ike) but you were the one who introduced me to YUI which is now one of my favourites.. that I thankful.
