Well, the books from Fields Book Store that I described obliquely before arrived yesterday, and thanks to softening her up a bit, swan_tower responded to their arrival with, "Yay! Books!" ...rather than the dreaded, "What did you get this time, Kyle?"

Overall, I had a great time, despite being oncall and despite having a bunch of other stuff hanging over my head. Mostly, it was an excuse to hang out with nifty people and buy cool games, and really, what reason would I have to complain about that? First off, the movie website was incorrect. Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth opens this coming weekend at Regal Village Park Cinema 17 (2222 E 146th Street, in Carmel).
