I agree with you that I wish comfort to those who loved him. Having said that, I'm damn glad he's gone. "Charitability" has nothing to do with it. He caused more hurt than good and the world is a better place without him.

And as for Stallone... he can't really plead not guilty. The drugs (for which, from what I understand, he has a prescription here in the US) were in his bag. What else could he do?

He could have not thrown them out of the window in an effort to hide them, so that the authorities couldn't charge him as harshly? :)
