They're saying that Philadelphia received 23.2 inches of snow over the weekend. I think the totals in Blue Bell (where I live) was a bit less, maybe 18 or 19. Last night, Valerie cooked up some steel cut oatmeal and made several servings (with butter and brown sugar) and put them in the fridge so I could take them to work each day and heat them up when I got there.

I've just had a bowl of the stuff. Yum. Yummy yum yum yum. This stuff is sooooooo much better than instant oatmeal. Oh my god!

I'm still trying to fight the flu back. So far, 10 hrs of sleep each day (instead of my usual 6) is working. The scratchy throat never materialized, but now I've got a cough. Ugh. Going to sleep now.

My wife came down with the flu before the weekend, and is only now starting to feel better. Which of course means it's my turn. Ugh, my throat feels scratchy. I'm doomed!
