Stew:
This recipe may be halved, doubled, etc. In order of addition:
- 8 cups skimmed broth, or water + bouillon, or any combination.
- 1 cup dry beans, any mix or type.
- 1 lb diced meat or tofu.
- 4-8 ounces fresh mushroom, or 1/2 cup dry, minced, any kind.
