Today's farmshare (from
Farmer Dave) contained a ginormous eggplant, so I cut it into thirds-ish and roasted it, then turned the innards into baba ghanoush. The roasting took the longest at 40 minutes (probably 30 would've done it), with peeling a distant second while throwing all the ingredients into the food processor was the fastest bit. Also
