So far that's two people in my friends list and one friend of a friend I've seen who chose that one. Interesting.

see, i'm surprised that palin hadn't heard of that one as well as roe, since afaict that's what the religious extremist wing of the republican party is going after now.

I'm very pleased that Plessy vs. Ferguson finally resolved in my brain. I've got a list, but that one was bugging me with its elusiveness.

when i first saw this meme, i'd seen several people pick 'loving v virginia' (which besides being an awesome case with a great finding is also the BEST NAMED CASE EVER).

which made me tempted to pick the dred scott decision for proof that sometimes they get things wrong which have to be fixed.

I'm intrigued since I don't understand the context.

I could throw out Marbury v Madison as one of my all time favorites, highly politically driven and the decisive case to determine the matter of the Constitution as the law of the land. The Adams regime vs the Jefferson regime. But again, it could be completely inappropriate. What was the question?

So I just saw the other postings and saw the reference to http://robotech-master.livejournal.com/403735.html and now understand the context. Oh cool! I like this game. Will appropriate to my own journal for further info.
