Jams, Jellies and Salsas
Well, i'm back to the baking and canning. I always forget how much of a chore some of them are, and yet how insanely easy others are. For example... prepping for the Salsa took 4 hours. 4 HOURS!!!!! and then, the cooking part was swift and easy. Then came the pear & ginger jam. Been trying to get chapter 1 re-written for book 2... but I've been hitting a mental brick wall all day. And now, I've FINALLY cracked it! HUZZAH! Now, the chapter is starting to FINALLY flow! -

I've been at my current job/placement nearly 3 months. The fact I have breakfast/lunch around 9am still trips me out!

Cooking
Tried my hand at fried chicken... came out awesome sauce. Except for one detail. I seasoned the chicken a little too heavily and the salt came out too strong.
Otherwise it was bomb! -
It's that time of year again...
Christmas stuff in October ... it can onl mean one thing....
NANOWRIMO IS NEARLY HERE AGAIN!
Had so much fun writing last time and support from others (even in the middle of a major house move) and completed with time to spare (ok, two days) that I'm going to do it again... a little better formed this time however :)

Yesterday
Yesterday was a rest day... had one on Wednesday as well... can't afford to let them build up or momentum slows. More pushups to come. -

First revision of novel comlete - it's with the editor now. YAY! -

Somewhat brain dead today so please forgive my ramblings.
Had to check what the fees due were for the Uni - no fees at present. Odd... so, I've sent a mail checking this.
Hopefully I get a reply soon.
