No, really, and when I get back from breakfast (that IS a big deal, I've barely left my room for three days it feels like, but it's nice and foggy and cool outside so I'm thinking I can handle the walk without my head esplodin') I will e-mail you & we can chat. I've missed that.
That is totally new and weird information to me about the Stars on the Hollywood Walk. I had no idea about that. I have some immediate reactions to it though.
I forget (because I'm stupid like that.) who did get the oscar that year?

Anyway, I wasn't really referring to anyone in particular in regards to the forwards...because once in a while, yes, I like them, they're fun and interesting and give me a giggle. But a healthy mix of genuine concern and interest in another is very nice too.
The walk of fame info was very interesting, shadowhawck is going to e-mail me the rest of the paperwork process and what needs to be done just so I can look it over and see if it would be feasible to try and attempt. But the thing is....he has to ACCEPT the nomination and say that he will be there if the application is granted! That...even with the daunting task of a $15,000.00 fee, would be the most difficult. Bill...is very private and even his autographs are very hard to come by. So, I have a feeling that maybe someone tried to get him a star and either (a) the management company declined ( ... )

So far so good on staying upright and functional...need to work on the little book and on a paper to go with it, and out of that has come a research project (how do nurses learn/use/perceive language? I ask because so many many are bad spellers/grammarians/punctuators and yet every word reflects something about someone else's life, health, death... and every word relates to the trust one's licensing body puts in one as a licensed nurse. So wouldn't nursing schools and nursing bodies want to emphasize using language carefully? but they don't seem to. So now I gotta know. Busy busy busy...-grin ( ... )

mmm, one project spawns another eh? Well, good luck with that. I think you're on the right track but...you know, what do I know about that? lol, Leave it up to the people who know about it I guess.
Yes, that award spurred on rant after rant...I'm bitter and angry about it and I don't think I need to explain why because people have eyes, they watch movies...and they so blatently handed out a retroactive Oscar when Bill Murray deserved it so much more.
and before I get into another rant on the subject and become completely boring, I'm going to let it rest at that, finish my book and get back to work.
