*DIES* That cracks me up every time I see it.

It is! It really, really is and I love it? but it's so distracting because I'm all "I need that in my life!" And then I either sit around waiting for someone to write it or I start doing little sketches of scenes and then it's all downhill from there.

I'm actually kind of glad the volume slowed down - I suspect that will increase my productivity. At the beginning, it was like all the crazy ideas people had been storing up, and they all came flooding out.

I'm attempting to convince myself that an novel length recasting of any of my favorite heist films would be an overambitious way to get into writing bandslash.

That is exactly how I feel. I mean, don't get me wrong it's great seeing the ideas everyone has (and oftentimes hilarious), it's just. There's so much of it and I can only ignore real life for so long! (WOE!)

Would it make me a bad person to tell you that that is perhaps one of the most awesome things I have heard? And that you should definitely do it? Because, um. I wholeheartedly support such a proposition. *coughs* :D

I don't know if it's the rush and utter glee of finding a new fandom that really makes me want to write again or what, but everything I write - or have been writing - lately is epic in scale compared to everything else I've ever written. I have sequels planned out for half of the fics I'm working on before I even finish the first one, and that's never happened before.

*shakes tiny fists of fury at bandom in general*
