In case you have been in a cave for the last four days, my close friend Grace (zennywitch) passed away Thursday and I found her on Friday. People have been wanting to know when funeral/memorials will be and I don't yet have the answer and here's why: no one knows how to contact her brother and sister. If her brother and sister are in California, I may be able to help track them down if you know their names. Approximate ages and likely cities or towns they might be in would help as well.

i know her brother worked the door at the Galaxy, the venue where bands play. but i also know that he was in and out or jail. I know absolutely nothing about her sister. Im sure you already knew this. but i figure i may as well try to help.

I'm so sorry for you loss. And the rest of the stuff you've had to deal with.

I didn't know her, but she was lucky to have such good friends, such as yourself and the other Mel. She sounds like a wonderful person.

I don't think it's stupid. It's true that the bond is bigger now and Grace would have liked that.

Thank you for writing this up. Especially important to me was the part about her looking peaceful. Thank you. I was worried about that because of the way you and the coroner were talking about how I don't want to see her "that way". It's good to know that "that way" means deceased and not anything more terrible.

She was definitely loving life.

Thank you so much for writing this.

It means a lot.

I've just been Puttering around the house, being melancholy, but I think knowing how peaceful she was, makes it a little easier for me.
