Today would have ben Grace's 50th birthday. I was driving to get lunch today and I heard a song of hers that I played at her funeral on the radio. I just came from Grace's house; I thought I made my last pass there when I last left and did ritual to release her woodgies from the house. Saturday is the Donate Life Walk/Run to raise money and awareness about the vital gift of organ donation. Make the decision and make sure your loved ones know that you are an organ donor. Last weekend was pretty good, callneg151 came down from Sacramento to go to Grace's funeral. He stayed on our couch Saturday night and we had fun catching up and having a bit of wine. Remember the organization that Grace was promoting called Donate Life? She was about to start her kidney and pancreas transplant process when she passed and was a supporter of the cause, of course.
