Today is a better day. Yesterday was good, too. Today has been filled with racing thoughts, that if not accompanied by last week's reckless negativity or the week prior's depression I would readily (and perhaps happily) dismiss as ADD. "As I explained recently, even a simple whisper, sustained for more than say 5 seconds, can set me into a fit of arousal; you could be telling me to be mindful of what I say to someone else in the room because they suffered a loss in the family, and I'll still be more piqued by the fact that you were close enough to make my hairs vibrate, possibly get saliva on my ear. This seems strange to say, but it rings true --pun intended!"
