People have been wondering if I am still out here. I am and doing well. I had knee surgery on the 22nd of January and I am doing really good. I was on crutches for three days and back at work in a week. I have been up walking around and I have only minor limitations I have to not plant my foot and pivot, no lunges and no squats for 6 weeks and if ( Read more... )

It sounds like you're making some changes in your life that are truly making you happy. :) Retiring an old wardrobe means getting to pick out new things, changing your hair gives you a new perspective on yourself, and finding a true friend is a blessing indeed. I'm really happy for you, Kir!

Good girl. Sorry I've known folks who've had knee surgery and then didn't do the PT like they were supposed to and then they bitched cause their knees didn't work right or they hurt. "Well DUH, you were told to do PT for a certain period of time and you refused, no wonder they're not working right, dumbass."
