People have been wondering if I am still out here. I am and doing well. I had knee surgery on the 22nd of January and I am doing really good. I was on crutches for three days and back at work in a week. I have been up walking around and I have only minor limitations I have to not plant my foot and pivot, no lunges and no squats for 6 weeks and if

Always great to hear from you hun, and knowing you’re out there doing good, well it gives hope to the rest of us. There truly is a life beyond the computer screen.
