If you've never been kayaking on the ocean you should really get out and do that - like tomorrow.  You know, before the weather gets too cold.  A bunch of us went on Sunday and I had the time of my life.  What an excellent way to get my mind of things that are complicated and to make life (if only for a moment) just about keeping afloat, laughing

"Red" is amazing. I highly recommend Decalogue which was a 10-part series Kieslowski (the director) did for Polish TV which is based loosely on the 10 Commandments--it's incredible.
