Hey! I came across your site because I saw all of the amazing things you have done! :D
And while lurking, I read what you were listening to. We have pretty much the same taste in music.

Various Expansion Packs come with new interactions and animations which means that certain pieces of CC won't work unless you have the compatible Expansion Pack. Stuff Packs usually don't come with new animations/interactions but similarly, you can't download/use things that are recolors of any objects from a particular Stuff Pack unless you own that Stuff Pack.

When you download something, custom content goes into your Downloads folder, which should be automatically generated by your game. If not, create it by going to E:/My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2. Just create a folder entitled 'Downloads' and be sure to include the capital "D". Because you have the Nightlife Expansion Pack you can also create subfolders in your downloads folder. If you want to see an example of my crazy sub-foldering in my downloads folder, I made a chart hereCustom content when downloaded comes in two types: .package files and .sims2pack files.
