Not only is he in many reports stretching throughout Konoha with his bizarre appearance, my team fought him once about a year ago. Or at least, a substitution. If I recall correctly, he had a massive amount of chakra.

At any rate, Itachi-san, I'm not sure letting him 'move in' would be a particularly good idea. Kakashi-sensei is stressed enough as it is just with you in the house, and to be fair, I am as well. I'm not sure added tension with yet another missing-nin would go well with the rest of the household either.
