What is your policy on pets?

Specifically, sharks?

I promise he is house-broken, but I am afraid if you insist on neutering him you will have to do it yourself.

As long as he isn't noisy or smelly and doesn't poop everywhere, I don't care.

Tell him to stay off my floor and we'll get along just fine.
