Work was intolerably lame today. I spent my time making fortune tellers then left at 5pm. Later I am going out with my co-workers for 99 cent margaritas at Don & Millie's. We will undoubtedly bitch a lot about work, but it should be fun. I just need to get off my ass and get a new job. Oh well, action never was my forte.

Sometimes being married makes me feel old and boring, especially when you are surrounded by people who aren't married. I wouldn't have gotten married if i hadn't found someone I like hanging out with everyday. Today we ate year old pink champagne cake. I had two pieces compared to two bites at our wedding last year. I went to a halloween party. I had a totally sweet peacock costume. We left though because Nik is just too used to Fort parties where people get totally drunk and belligerent. I seriously can't take him anywhere.

Nik and I received a gift certificate to the Flatiron Cafe as a wedding present. Not being a restaurant we have ever ate at before, the gift sat around unused for quite a while. Went to KC this weekend. It was fun hanging out with the Iola crew. It was not however fun being at a party with the world's most annoying people.
