And people wonder why Body Dysmorphic Disorder and conditions like Anorexia and Bulimia are so rampant among Teenage girls and young women.
I remember reading somewhere that the average, natural size for most women is something like size 10-12. However, you notice that when Kelly came on AI in Season 8, people trashed the hell out of her 'cause she gained some weight. Ditto with Jessica Simpson. Everyone was calling her fat, when she wasn't.
It's interesting that every time they ask Kelly Clarkson about her weight, she says that she's fine with it, and that she's not trying to lose or gain weight, she's trying to live her life. It's just frustrating that they photoshop the hell out of her, and alter the shape of her face, all to "make her look her personal best" So not necessary.
And that pix of Jamie Lee Curtis is awesome. Way to be natural and at ease with yourself. I also like the fact that she's not dyeing the grey out of her hair. She should be an example for everyone.
