So, this journal has been sitting around collecting dust since my daughters were born. I used to collect recipes with it, and before that, I had great fun moderating a couple of discussion groups, and writing fanfiction with my friends. Easy Homemade Fajhitas
2 tablespoons of the olive oil or vegetable oil
lemon juice
cumin
garlic powder
onion powder
hot sauce(optional)
salt and pepper
Seasonings to taste so depending on what you prefer. And then I'll let the chicken and steak(seperate bags) soak for like an hour or two then mix in the onions and bell peppers and cook. -
The Amazing Crockpot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes!!!
2 lbs of fresh green beans
2 lbs of ham
4 baking potatoes
1 Large onion (optional)
Dice the ham, green beans, onion if you are using it, and potatoes. Plunk it all into your crockpot, add 3 cups of water and season with salt & pepper ( according to taste) I like to use Steak Spice in mine. Cook for 6 hrs on Low. -

How to make clotted cream:
Pour 2pints (4cups) high fat as unpasteurized cream as you can find in a baking pan. Cover. Set oven to 180*f bake 12hrs. Remove. Put in fridge 8 hrs.
Enjoy.
Last 3 days.
Cost? About that of a gal of milk as opposed to buying. It will taste better than store bought. Sweeter and nuttier. -
