Pour 2pints (4cups) high fat as unpasteurized cream as you can find in a baking pan. Cover. Set oven to 180*f bake 12hrs. Remove. Put in fridge 8 hrs.

Enjoy.

Last 3 days.

Cost? About that of a gal of milk as opposed to buying. It will taste better than store bought. Sweeter and nuttier.
