This week's running:
Sunday 1.5 miles
Monday 1 mile
Tuesday 1 mile
Wednesday skipped
Thursday 14 mile bike ride, 9-10 minute one-mile
Although I hardly count the bike ride as cardio, it did tire my legs out all day today.
Now for a weekend of rest, and a 2-mile run on Sunday.
