Spaghetti Squash with sausage!

Spaghetti Squash

1 medium size squash
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 pack of spicy sausage
2 cloves garlic
1 small can tomato paste
3tsp sour cream
dash of, salt, Malabar pepper, chile sesame oil, butter, oatmeal, grated cheese

i love spaghetti squash. i don't make it often enough. i sure make *other* things that cook for 45 minutes, i should give squash another go...
