I blame my sweetheart for my fixations with basalmic cooking, i liked the stuff before, but mostly only as an additive. not really working with it.
tonight I made a reduction with honey, and drizzled it over/inside savory waffles. Then sprinkled some pepper and cilantro and rosemary over it, with a little pat of fresh goat bre.
So on my way home lastnight I decided I wanted to try a modification of the boiled potato "Snushie's" my dad invented, (basically take an old boiled potato, and smash it in a well oiled hot waffle-iron
