5x5 strength training program

I've started another weight training program: 5x5. hundredpushups was fun, but too targeted, so I'm giving this a shot. (Mostly because I was really interested in a good squat routine, with the hope that I could fortify my knees for running the 1/2 marathon and triathlon ( Read more... )

Sounds interesting; I'm going to keep that link. We don't have the access to the gear to do the 5x5 correctly, though.
