I read The Lies of Locke Lamora and The Blade Itself this past week.  Both were really good.  The Lies of Locke Lamora took awhile to suck me in.  There are many time jolting changes.  It took me nearly 100 pages to get with the writer's swing of things.  Once I overcame that, it was very enjoyable.  The Blade Itself grabbed me almost immediately ( Read more... )

Haven't posted in awhile because not much has been going on.  I got bloody sick AGAIN, which pisses me off.  Dr. Sue had explained to me about not having much of an immune system for a couple of months.  Now I'm back on that Avelox antibiotic which is hell on your digestive system, and will start me back all over again rebuilding my immune system ( Read more... )

I've read his books from the Confederation Universe (Night's Dawn Trilogy and "Eden" books), and I read Fallen Dragon.  The former was GREAT, the latter was good.
