Okay. So, I'm needing to rant over a few things, mostly dealing with characterization and, well, people bitching about revealed canon personalities and such.

Well I stopped reading half-way because I wanted to save SOME of these personality reveals for when I get around to playing the game. ;)

But hey, I think I'll bookmark for later, I was enjoying the rant. XD Also, people think Larxene liked kids? Ever? Did they PLAY Chain of Memories? XD

Man, sometimes I feel like the only person in fandom whose characterization of Demyx *wasn't* Jossed to hell and back by Days (I put less emphasis on the laziness, but the fundamental 'fuck this, I do sitar and occasional diplomacy' was always there). But apparently not. Hi, guys ( ... )

In all seriousness though, spot-fucking-on. Days has caused more fan-squabbling than KH2's release, it's insane. And I get all warm and fuzzy inside when watching two fangirls catfight over it.

What's sad is most of it is over shit they can't do a damn thing about. Like Xion, or finding out that their faaaavorite character isn't nearly as pure as they thought. (What the fuck did they expect with the Org!? Sunshine and rainbows!?)

That's what got me the most about the fangirl fights.

Did they completely forget who the villain in the story is? It seems like the hottest prettyboi is the hero in all this (fill in "the hottest prettyboi" with your Org member of choice) and sorry Sora, it ain't you.

They're evil. Sure, they have pretty understandable intentions. "We'd like to be human again" is a pretty good motivation but the shit they pull really isn't enough to excuse it.
