So I was playing Jigsaw on Gaia Online today and was struck suddenly by the resemblance between a certain NPC and one of our favorite Nobodies...

I clicked hoping for Lex = Luxord, but this is nearly as good.

You'd be hard-pressed to explain why the new-formed Nobody would ever be willing to settle for a subordinate position, though. That line is... ah... notoriously competitive (even the runt!).

Also, the lack of both the telltale red eyes and megabrows (TM), though those could both be attributed to low self-esteem and constant competition with the Von Helson twins in beauty contests at the time she transformed.

Why am I considering this theory in total seriousness?

Maybe she takes after her mother in that regard? Mrs. Gambino did have slender brows and blue eyes...

Zhivago just left her out of the story because he approved of her behavior, so there was no need to include her in his reasons why Gino and his family suck.

This may be the crack theory that gets me back into Gaia. I'd been WONDERING why Larxene's hair seemed so familiar to me - and now I have a mighty need to draw her with the epic Gambino brows.

Well, it is a rant community, but we have to let some wacky fun balance out the headdeskery, or we'll all go quite mad and have to move to Wonderland.

Besides, we're all well aware that these theories are crack. Mostly.

The other half to ranting is to suggest alternatives to the copycat syndrome that fandom seems to have. There have been rants before on the topic of people being tired of seeing Larxene fics where her 'other' is Elena from FF7; my crack!theory can be seen as an attempt to deviate from that. Probably should've included that in the OP somewhere; my bad. :O
