awww, I really wanted to go down to harbourfront. :-( I promised Jason I'd spend the day with him, and he really wanted to see wolverine (so did I, but I also wanted to see circus, but there was no convincing *sigh* I hate compromises when they compromise ME lol)
generally, brown tips mean too much sun...I guess even cacti can get too much? we haven't started cacti yet.
What is "circus"? You mention it all the time and I keep forgetting to ask! :p Ooh, and I'm totally curious about the new book purchase. What is it called? We had a very low key weekend spent mostly at home doing 'chores'. I really need to think about our balcony garden for this year and get some plants/seeds on the go.
circus is where a bunch of like-minded people get together and hoop (as in hula), spin staff and poi, juggle, occasionally unicycle, set things on fire and play with them and generally have fun learning a new skill.
we meet in bellevue park in kensington every other tuesday night from 7:30-10-ish. we've been bringing A since he was 4 months old.
I am totally bummed that I didn't realize that was happening in our own backyard. I am usually on top of harbourfront events :( Oh well, signed up for the newsletter and will not miss out again,
