Yesterday, Peter Steele of Type O Negative died of heart failure at the age of 48. I am saddened beyond belief. Things have been "so-so". My job still hangs in the basis and we fear everday could be the last. Retail sales for the holiday season were about the worst they've ever been do to our shattered economy, and the book selling business was by no means immune. I just want peace and serenity. I want the psychodrama that surrounds and evelops me to disappear. I want things as they were 3 months ago.

Things are less than swell for me right now....well that's an understatement.....I've alienated a friend who is very important to me. Everyday is a struggle not to have a complete nervous breakdown. So, yeah...nothing's new.

So, I've been on vacation and will be until Monday. Over the past 2 weeks I've managed to make it to 2, count 'em TWO, shows. I finally saw the Sisters of Mercy @ Irving Plaza w/ some friends after work on a Monday night and they were INCREDIBLE.
