Yesterday, Peter Steele of Type O Negative died of heart failure at the age of 48. I am saddened beyond belief. I have seen Type o Negative live countless times over the years both at Roseland and L'amour's. They were and are hand fucking down one of my all time favorite bands. The influence and impact Steele's music had on my life is beyond measure.
