i was in a really scary car accident this afternoon, at the tail end of a six car pile-up in the fort pitt tunnels.  someone who apparently wasn't familiar with the whole concept of tunnels came to a dead stop about 1/3 of the way in, causing the guy behind him to slam on the brakes, the guy behind him to slam on the brakes, etc.  in no time at all
