We’ve ordered our Christmas pudding from Maclarens for the last few years. They were recommended by a neighbour and we’ve found them very acceptable. I used to go to the Country Living Christmas Fair but the last time we went, pre pandemic, it was so crowded we didn’t feel like it this year.

We’ve got ours from The Carved Angel for a while as they don’t use nuts in their recipe. I’ve ordered online but it was a shame not to see them at the fair. The only way to avoid the crowds is to get there for 10am. It wasn’t as busy as I’ve seen it and it was a bit disappointing regarding stalls.

It's brilliant, isn't it! I've joined the Facebook recipe group, but they all want to use cheese and pickle or cheese and onion so I've muted them LOL! I really like them done in the toaster as it's so quick!
