A stormy Friday!

Today's forecast 11C/52F and extremely windy as we are currently being battered by storm Eunice. There's been gusts of up to around 60mph here which started around 10am. Fortunately I walked to my local town to get my hair cut and I set out before it got too bad. Even so I was pretty wind-blown by the time I got there. I'm glad I decided to still

Our next door neighbour’s fence went as predicted and a pane of glass blew out of our very elderly shed, which we hadn’t predicted, but otherwise things were fine. Glad you didn’t have too much damage.

Hope you can get safely to Brighton tomorrow.

What a contrast to yesterday! We have some frost but it looks like we’ll have a clear run down to the coast.

Glad to hear you’re all right in the storm. Warnings were so dire. What colour is your paint. Looks very nice. I’ve been going through an extended search for something that will work on my walls with different directions of light falling on them. I didn’t know it would be so difficult.

It was pretty windy yesterday but it all disappeared here by about 10pm.

Our paint is just white but it’s the Dulux Light and Shade range which has particles in to reflect the light. We use it here on the darker walls because it brightens everything up in darker places.
