Yesterday was a bit of a dreary day although it wasn't that cold 13C/55.5F. In the morning we were woken up by cats chasing up and down the hall again. Mr Cee got up, but nothing seemed to be going on other than them running around, so he came back to bed again. There was fluff in the front room, so we're assuming they were fighting about something

I had to look up Nordic walking, and that's actually something I could do. I could get the poles from eBay (I don't shop in person much). I think I would enjoy it.
Skimming headline and moving on to uplifting stories is totally brill. I think you're my spirit animal, Kaz.

Nordic walking is fun and it’s a good workout for the arms and back. There’s lots of online instructional videos about how to do it on YouTube.

I see more and more people now with Nordic walking poles. I wonder if lots of people took it up during lockdown.

There’s usually something good in one of the news pages.
I think people found they enjoyed walking when then we’re told they should do it during lockdown and organised group Nordic walks were allowed back quite quickly so maybe that’s why. There seems to be a lot of advice about using poles for older people too as it’s safer than Zimmer frames because you are more upright.
