So, this journal has been pretty much in its terminal stages for the past several months. And that's why I'm deleting it in a few hours.

Not to be all goodbye-speech-y, but when it was fun, it was fun. Who knows, maybe I'll start up a new one soon enough.

Hung out with Baker tonight--had tons of fun. I haven't seen her in like a month--but, like, a dozen cigarettes, a few more dozen photos, and some leftovers later, I feel awesome. So, today is Ash Wednesday, which begins Lent. I'd go to services--despite it all, I love the ritual of Ash Wednesday, depressing as it is--but the only nearby church is St. Joseph's. I'm crosseyed bitter. I think I'll need glasses within the year-or, at the very least, need to avoid fluorescence. I'm mildy nauseated, bitter. I feel wilted, stupid, passe, in Passaic, demode, antiquated, useless. Whatever.

Last night, I fell asleep on the loveseat downstairs. I have this bad habit of falling asleep downstairs--when I'm tired at 11pm, only, instead of doing the rational thing and, you know, go to bed, I stay up until 1am and pass out, only to wake up at 7:15 to hear my godawful blaring upstairs.
