Yay--
Hung out with Baker tonight--had tons of fun. I haven't seen her in like a month--but, like, a dozen cigarettes, a few more dozen photos, and some leftovers later, I feel awesome. Like, awesome in that "I had a great Saturday night and I'm winding down right now" sort of thing. It just...I realize how much I enjoy one-on-one things, with structure--if only minimal--and nonsense and stuff. I don't know. That really made no sense.
I just feel really quite unabashedly good at this moment:
1) Finished the transcription work I've been doing for the last three days.
2) In the mood to prep for my job.
3) Had an awesome time and a lovely evening--and I feel talked out, but in a good way, you know? Like, when you've said everything on your mind and in your life--and all the weird tangents around it--and then you feel almost marshmallowy in the brain, but not, like, in a high school reunion, or family get-together kind of way.
Eventually there will be pictures--yay for being friends with a film student who has a top-of-the-line Mac! Woop!
