My mom and I have been working on planning our upcoming Scotland/England trip and coordinating with my aunts. Although I am excited to go I am also upset and sad that Josh isn't going. Not only am I going to miss him but I won't get to enjoy the trip with him. I'm kind of regretting going, but I know that it is important for me (and my mom) to go

Remember this is a great time for you & your mom to spend together. As painful as it is to leave Josh behind, you will have a wonderful time & then the two of you can plan an excursion together. I know your mom is probably getting giddy about being with one of her daughters to show you around & show you off. Have fun & then plan something cool with Josh!
