Last night I picked out some fabric from my stash and made a top. The last top I started I never finished because 1. it was complicated, and 2. it was too small. But, this pattern looked simple enough, with only 5 pieces and no lining. It is a kimono style wrap top by McCalls. For the most part it was simple, but it never explained how to tie it (

When did you get a haircut? I like it short, but I agree that when the lady styled Lily's hair under like a bob I did not like it. I need to take Lily back as it's not really the way I would have liked it..I wanted it to be..um..more stylish? I guess more dramatic with a long sharpness in the front and shorter in the back?
I have Friday off form work as the girl have the day off from school. I originally thought I would be heading to WR but don't think so as Nathan's family is doing easter stuff on Sat.

I got it cut at Great Clips. It was supposed to be longer in the front :(

I've had a similar wrap dress/shirt pattern sitting around for year & have never gotten around to it (or, making anything for myself really!)
Can't wait to see your hair after you've played around with it,
so we can see what it really looks like.
